Everything was very good, and I especially enjoyed the spa lounge. the wonderful location close to the Cogne center was a definite advantage. It was conveniently situated near the reception, restaurant, and breakfast area, as well as the beautiful waterfalls. I had wonderful days during my stay at this great family-run hotel.

Immaculate and clean units with beautiful views, the big jacuzzi, for example, and the staff were amiable! The location was great and stunning - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The food is fantastic and the service is great, offering a lovely view over the valley. the guest rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. the staff is excellent and attentive, and the location is amazing, right by the valley and mountains, close to beautiful waterfalls and the heart of Cogne. It’s conveniently situated in the center of the village too.

Nothing, it is perfect.

The location is perfect, as it is close to the center but very quiet. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, from the room service to the welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were luxurious, with a heating system, mini-bar, sitting area, and terrace. The hotel also had a beautiful spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. The spa lounge was a great place to relax and unwind, and the treatment rooms were perfect for pampering sessions. The sun terrace and heated swimming pool added to the overall experience of luxury and comfort. The garden area was also a nice place to stroll and enjoy the surroundings. The hotel also had a leisure room with a TV, perfect for a cozy night in. The free Wi-Fi and parking were convenient.

I had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The breakfast was fresh and diverse, catering to all tastes. The hotel's location in the mountains provided breathtaking views from my room's balcony and the wellness center's sauna. Additionally, I appreciated the free bike rental and the helpfulness of the staff, who assisted me despite my lack of Italian or French.

Had a great Easter break in the mountains! The breakfast spread was amazing, and the spa treatments were really relaxing. The location was perfect, close to lots of beautiful hiking routes and waterfalls. Also loved the cozy lounge area with a fireplace to warm up after a long day of exploring.

The breakfast didn't start until 8am which felt a bit late, and sometimes we wished there was coffee available earlier in the morning. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the stunning Valle D’Aosta region.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel during my solo trip to the mountains. the hotel location is perfect as it's close to the center of the village, while also offering stunning mountain views. the room was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast buffet had numerous options, and the spa was a great way to relax after outdoor activities. Lastly, the on-site restaurant offered delicious local dishes and a large selection of wines.

I was a bit disappointed that the public Wi-Fi network was not secure.

The staff made us feel uncomfortable when they insisted we had eaten at their restaurant when we had not. The complicated layout of the hotel with elevators and stairways made it confusing to navigate.
